Salmon Baked In Parchment


  1.        Place seasoned [see below for seasoning ideas] salmon filets on a 12” square of parchment paper
  2.        Bring up 2 sides and overlap
  3.        Tuck ends under filet
  4.        Place on baking sheet
  5.        Bake @ 375° for 1 5-20 minutes

Seasoning for salmon: Lime juice and Mrs.Dash Garlic Herb®

                                                               or

                                                                                                            lemon juice, lemon pepper, salt ‘n’ pepper, your favorite herb
